The EZ Case Packer is the “little brother” of Standard Knapp’s industry standard Versatron™ family of case packers. With the same robust quality, flexibility and adaptability as other Versatron case packers, the 939EZ is equipped with an air-over-oil lift table, which controls the descent of product into the case, and a simple indexing case feed which maintains design simplicity without sacrificing control and speed. The 939EZ can operate at speeds of up to 30 cases per minute.
Standard-Knapp, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of innovative packaging machinery, has announced its innovative Pic-N-Place module that picks the product from the infeed conveyor and gently places it into the bottom of the empty case. This module can be easily retrofitted onto existing 939S and 949S Versatron™ case packers.
Standard-Knapp CEO Mike Weaver demonstrates the features of an exciting new offering, the Unipack 2.0 pick-and-place case packer. Designed and built by our sister company BMS, this compact wonder offers both portability and efficiency in the 5 to 15 case-per-minute range.
While the PakMore’s gripper heads pick up bottles and safely lower them into the cases, the Uncaser’s gripper heads revolve around a center carousel to quickly and gently lift the empty glass bottles from the cases. Designed to maximize efficiency while also minimizing bottle damage, the Uncaser gently places the bottles on the conveyer as they leave the machine.
We’ve recently wrapped up our annual fundraising campaign benefitting Middlesex United Way! With strong 94% employee participation, and the company matching each pledge dollar for dollar, Standard-Knapp was able to donate $21,164.80 to this worthy cause.
