Palletizers

Palletize up to four production lines with accurate sorting. The MultiLine robotic palletizer offers a flexible basis for every type of layer infeed using belt conveyors. Control full pallet discharge and empty pallet infeed optionally via pallet transfer car or using a stationary pallet transfer. Layer pads held on vacuum suction cups secure the pallet load. Cartons can be grouped as a function of the layer pattern, in rows, half layers or full layers.

Our layer-plate palletisers are high-output and low-maintenance. They can be integrated in your production environment at any time and are designed for up to 400 layers per hour, even with heavy loads. The modular design is designed for parallel handling of up to four production lines. Layer-plate palletisers offer you maximum flexibility and are designed for all product, layer pad and pallet handling variations.
