Low-cost Case Packer for microbreweries, wineries and more. The 939EZ Versatron™ is our most affordable case packer. Through the use of a pneumatic lift table and a painted steel casefeed, the 939EZ presents itself as an ideal entry-level machine suited particularly well to companies in the Wine and Microbrew beer industries who are looking to move away from hand packing or hiring co-packers.

Active Product Transport Case Packer for non-round and difficult-shaped containers. Our top-of-the-line 939APT Versatron™ with Active Product Transport uses a unique active method of motivating product into the grid area – which is great for handling difficult shapes (non-round) or compressible containers. The 939APT also takes advantage of the Soft-Catch servo lift table.

Case Packer/Bottle Packer. The 357 Orbitron™ is a great way to get bottles or cans into cases or pre-formed trays. The overhead flight section guides product into the box continuously, while maintaining a small footprint.

Continuous-Motion, Soft-placement Case Packer. The 989 PakMore™ is our flagship case packing machine and is ideally suited to the high-demand bottle packing industry. It offers the highest speed and gentlest product handling in the industry.

The Compact, Reliable Solution for Corrugated, Full Wrap-around Packing. Standard-Knapp’s Model 333 Vanguard produces a tight, square, cost-saving wrap-around tray or full case shipper. The compact design allows it to fit into any shop floor. Snap-in parts and quick-handle adjustments provide reliable, repeatable changeover.

Continuous-motion Tray-forming Tray Packer. The 296T Continuum™ is a high-speed tray-forming tray packer which offers the fastest changeover in the industry.

The PikMore continuous-motion uncaser is the first step in fast, accurate packaging. It quickly and gently removes empty bottles from the case and presents them to the bottling line upright and ready to rinse. Using the same technology as our industry-leading PakMore™ continuous-motion case packer, the PikMore provides operator-free uncasing at speeds of up to 75 cases per minute – all with a small footprint.
