985 Centurion™ Continuous-Motion Bottle Packer
The Standard-Knapp 985 Centurion is a high-speed/high-efficiency, continuous-motion case packer. It is designed to handle PET and glass containers and insert them into partitioned cases quickly and carefully. It can feed all typical reusable, trays and partial to full-depth corrugated cases.
The Centurion has a small footprint and narrow profile for ease of installation and maintenance. Stainless steel construction, high-quality components and continuous motion reduce maintenance costs. The Centurion makes use of pneumatic motors for accurate changeover, interlocked guard doors for safety and optional automatic lubrication for lowered maintenance requirements. It has precision pattern forming for accurate, jam free lane forming and drop-in change parts for accurate changeover.
